Catherine Lucas

Catherine Lucas grew up on the Isle of Wight. She worked in television as a documentary producer before moving to America for eight years. There she explored many different spiritual paths and presented a radio series interviewing people about what it means to live a spiritual life. As a trained Spiritual Counsellor and Interfaith Minister she now helps other people undertake the journey of healing and self-discovery. She writes about spiritual issues for the national press, including The Times and is currently working on her next book.
